Oversaw product strategy for 100+ partners. Achieved 330% revenue growth by aligning digital marketing with airline revenue targets. Validated UX improvements that lifted conversion by 122%.
Owned the global distribution for a high-value portfolio. My role was to secure competitive rates, fix inventory gaps, and ensure commercial alignment between supply availability and market demand.
Founding team member. Built the division from scratch (0 to 1). Led the Expedia partnership onboarding and operations, while managing a €3M+ marketing budget.
